Symptoms :
- The power source powers on, the fans power on.
- The CPU does NOT power on
- The computer shuts down completly
Possible Cause (BIOS Setup):
- BLCK clock above 100.00 (Default) > 100.01
- Fan speed reduced to : SIlent
- CPU Values : Single (38) , Turbo (40, 40, 39, 39)
FIX :
- Clear BIOS (Open Case and touch PINs under Power cabling)
If the BIOS returns to Factory and is unable to boot :
- Remove Graphic card
The upgraded BIOS should load at this point, if it does not, clear again.
After displaying BIOS load default options :
- Re-attach graphic card
- Reboot
