Computer shuts down prior to Boot

Post by Admin on Sun Dec 10, 2017 11:24 am

    Symptoms :
    - The power source powers on, the fans power on.
    - The CPU does NOT power on
    - The computer shuts down completly

    Possible Cause (BIOS Setup):
    - BLCK clock above 100.00 (Default) > 100.01
    - Fan speed reduced to : SIlent
    - CPU Values : Single (38) , Turbo (40, 40, 39, 39)

    FIX :
    - Clear BIOS (Open Case and touch PINs under Power cabling)
If the BIOS returns to Factory and is unable to boot :
    - Remove Graphic card
The upgraded BIOS should load at this point, if it does not, clear again.
After displaying BIOS load default options :
    - Re-attach graphic card
    - Reboot
